Helping unfortunate strangers is a virtue that is rarely practiced. Most people depend on government or private agencies to help those in need. But for every dollar that the needy should go, only ten cents comes, the rest is spent on administrative expenses. Some executive positions in charities generate more than $ 1 million per year. They care little for others. Human greed and corruption are only partly to blame.
Fundraising is not easy. Talent is needed so that people part with their hard-earned money. Some fundraisers receive commissions of up to fifty percent. They deserve it, because without their talents nothing would be collected. Not only politicians use fundraising, but also organizations that help those in need. The poor man would not even get a penny if fundraising had not raised a dollar. This system has been operating since the beginning of time. Fundraising has always been a necessary part of society.
House of worship is known for its humanism. They always talk about the poor and how important it is to help them. But they could never have existed without charitable donations. That is why the poor box is handed over to religious services. Most of this money goes to church workers who must eat and pay their bills. The rest is given to the poor. The success of the church leader is based on how much is collected. The most popular collect millions. They can be called fundraisers instead of perfume collectors. But without them, religious organizations go bankrupt.
There are better ways done by Hamed Wardak to help the poor or the unfortunate than others to do for you. The best way is to deal with them directly. The first thing to do is think about the type of person you would like to help. We all have our own preferences. Donors want their money to go to the people who deserve it the most, and not the lazy guys who don’t try to help themselves. I think the most worthy are those who have been the victim of adverse circumstances. Workers who have lost their jobs and are going to lose their homes are the most worthy of our compassion. We do not need to go far to find them.
